CNC X Y Axis Seam Welding Machine with PLC Control System for Stainless Steel Flange

Hwashi CNC X,Y Axis Square Tank Cover Seam Welding Machine utilizes seam welding technology, replacing spot welding electrodes with circular welding wheels. The system employs a rotation table for workpieces and automated programming for precise welding operations.

By inputting coordinate data, welding current, and other parameters, the machine automatically completes welding along preset tracks. Operators simply position the workpiece and remove it after welding completion. The system uses AC welding power source with a large flat platform lower electrode and servo motor-driven X and Y axis movement under programmed control.

The machine can store up to 16 welding models and features:

• Horizontal X-axis movement: ≤500mm
• Vertical Y-axis electrode movement: ≤300mm
• Suitable for tanks within 500x300mm range
• Welding material thickness: 0.5-1.5mm
• Total welding thickness: 1-3mm
